The service

This server lets AI apps you choose use your Corbit account through the Corbit gateway. Its use is subject to Corbit's SMS terms of service and your account agreement, in addition to these terms. The service is operated by Corbit (Almadar Technology), Saudi Arabia.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your messages, for having the recipients' consent, and for complying with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the rules on sender names and promotional messages.
• Every send goes through a preview and a confirmation step. Confirm a send only after checking the recipients, the text and the cost.
• Keep your API token secret and give it only the permissions you need, in the Corbit portal.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for messages that are unlawful, misleading or fraudulent, or for unsolicited messages to people who did not agree to receive them.
• Do not try to access other accounts, bypass limits, or disrupt the service or the gateway.

Fees

Messages sent through this service are charged to your account balance at Corbit's usual prices. Each SMS part is charged, and international numbers may cost more. See the prices in the Corbit portal.

Limitation of liability

• AI apps can misunderstand or phrase things wrongly; the preview and the confirmation are your safeguard before any send.
• We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update the service or stop some tools when needed.
• Corbit may suspend any connection used in breach of these terms or of Corbit's terms of service.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect any app at any time on My connections, or by revoking the API token in the portal.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
